Kristi Noem 'abruptly' cancels CNN interview as dog-killing scandal haunts her

(Raw Story) : South Dakota Republican Gov. Kristi Noem suddenly canceled an interview with CNN this week as she faces a scandal after admitting she shot her 14-month-old dog to death. CNN host Dana Bash revealed Wednesday that Noem had backed out of the interview. "Governor Noem was scheduled to be on this program, Inside Politics, today," Bash announced. "Her team reached out to us weeks ago to book her here. And we reconfirmed earlier this week." "She abruptly canceled last night," she explained. "We want to say, Governor, you are, of course, welcome on the program any time."
